The group rapes a clockwork orange- When the Woman that Alex is part of, this is seen as shocking because you don’t want to see people being raped and that they were violent towards them which makes it worse, They get pleasure from the acts they have took. Although that our modern day audience still find this film shocking to an extent but we read articles saying its this film which is terrible but I found it less shocking compared to what people have said because I am expecting it. The girl with the dragon tattoo- When Lisabeth decides to get revenge on the rapists who raped her its shocking that it’s a reversal role because you usually see the girl to be the victim and the male to be the abuser. Its shocking of the brutality in which the girl takes her actions to by tattooing him and this is a shock on its own.
