Representation Of Women - Anna

The character of Anna in the film 'Get Carter' is represented as solely a sexual object. We see Anna in two scenes in the film, the very opening scene were she doesn't say a word and is always shot in the frame with a man or shot in sections. For example we get our first real look at her when Sid Fletcher is rubbing her legs, this is linked to the views of men in the 70s as it suggests they saw women as sexual objects and only there for a mans sexual pleasure.
The next time we see Anna is during the scene in which she has phone sex with Carter. During this scene we see Anna obeying all of Carters commands without questioning
