Representation of men

Men in this film are usually the same type of people and these type of people are often sleazy and they usually just go around the world thinking about themselves and using women to their advantage and by that mean they are used just for sex and laughter. They are usually dominant forcing women not to tell on them and making sure they will do what they say. The men in this are usually shown as very intelligent especially when compared to the women in the movie. They are shown as emotionless and this is represented when Jack is watching the car with Glenda in getting pushed into the sea he does not shout to them to stop pushing the car or anything of the sort he just watches the car sink into the sea and when most people would be broken by this he does care what so ever.

In this movie most of the men are very handsome and they are able to attract any women to their presence because men are apparently able to make any women there subject from basically a blink of their eyes.   

Representation of women 

In this film they are all used as sexual objects to stare as and have sex with and an interesting thing about this movie is that once they have sex with Carter they are not seen again in this film and this shows what men recognise women as and this is objects because they are used,abused and then thrown away.
