Creative Project Option 2:
Digital Storyboards
Storyboards are visual representations (usually pencil drawings / pre-viz) of how a final film is intended to look. Filmmakers will draw or create still images that represent how each shot is intended to look.
For example:
These storyboards show the directors the shot types, framing, blocking and elements of mise-en-scene and costume that are intended to be in the scene.
Look at the completed sequence below and see how the storyboards are transformed in to live action
DIGITAL STORYBOARDS
Examples of previous work
Example 1 - 'The Method'
As you can see, this is an excellent set of Digital Storyboards.
However, did you notice that some of the shots are taken in 'Portrait' mode? This is not the final submission of this work. However, if you do include portrait shots you WILL LOSE MARKS.
ALL SHOTS MUST BE THE EXACT SAME SIZE AND RATIO!
Example 2 ' Liam's Storyboards'
Below is the TEMPLATE file you MUST use when completing your Digital Storyboards
